Data and privacy
niubiagent collects only the information you submit, basic request metadata used for abuse prevention, and privacy-conscious product events used to improve the service.
Purpose
Email, role, product URLs, and inquiry details are used to review waitlist requests, tool submissions, or sponsor inquiries. If email verification is enabled, we send only a one-time verification link. The token is stored as a hash, expires after 24 hours, and cannot be reused. Hashed network identifiers are used for rate limiting; raw IP addresses are not intentionally stored by the application.
Analytics and retention
Browser events are not sent when Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled. We store event type, path, coarse request and client metadata, a daily rotating client hash when configured, and up to 240 characters of User-Agent; we do not store prompts or tool arguments. Raw product events are retained for at least 90 full UTC calendar days. After that, each completed day is summarized into counts without client identifiers, checked against the raw count, and deleted. These aggregates cannot identify unique people or verified agents.
Unsuccessful or irrelevant submissions are removed during operational review. Intake records should be reviewed at least annually and deleted when no longer needed for their stated purpose. Joining the waitlist or applying for a pilot does not subscribe you to advertising, marketing, or content emails.
Requests
To request access or deletion, reply through the same contact channel used for your submission and include the submitted email address.
